To begin the signing process, simply launch the CodeB Authenticator app. Once opened, tap the button labeled "Upload PDF for Signature Workflow." From there, the app guides you through a series of straightforward instructions, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience. The intuitive design and clear prompts make the entire process effortless. Additionally, when used in conjunction with a national ID card, D-Trust Card 5.1 or 5.4, a professional ID card (HBA), a health card (eGK), or similar, the CodeB Authenticator enables the application of Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES). This functionality provides an extra layer of legal validity and security for your signatures. At the end of the process, users receive a link and a QR code. These can be shared with others, inviting them to add their own signatures to the document, making collaboration and collective verification an easy task. The CodeB Authenticator is compatible with a wide range of digital identification forms, including eIDAS tokens, national ID cards, professional ID cards/medical ID cards (HBA), D-Trust Card 5.1 and D-Trust Card 5.4, and health cards (eGK). To check if your card is compatible, simply open the "Card Reader" feature in the Authenticator app, enter your CAN number, and place your mobile device on your card. A green progress bar at the top indicates the establishment of a secure connection to your card. Once connected, you can view certain details, such as your name.
